Merry "Missmuss"

We had a really nice Christmas this year. Keegan is almost 2 so he wasn't afraid of Santa and he would walk around saying Merry "Missmuss" It was the cutest thing. He had a fabulous time opening his presents on Christmas morning. Sadly this is the only picture of him that we got. I took lots of video but no photo's. What is wrong with me. Santa brought Keegan a kitchen this year and it has kept him very busy the last few days. He comes and asks for my hand and then says, "Lets play" as he pulls me to the ground in front of his toys. It's hard to believe our little boy is growing so fast and next Christmas he will have a little brother to help open presents. Thank you to everyone who thought of us during Christmas time and sent presents, cards, cookies. We absolutely loved it all and miss everyone. We love you and hope you all have a very Happy New Year with lots of wonderful blessings!

I miss Scrapbooking

This is the first digital scrapbook page that I have ever attempted to create. I didn't know what I was doing but it was fun and so easy. I still really like the 3 dimensions scrapbooking but it takes so much time and that is something I just don't have enough of. Oh how I love scrapbooking and really miss it. This picture was taken when we were having our biggest snow storm in Oregon history (The Arctic Blast). Keegan really enjoyed playing out in the snow. This night the snow was too soft to make a snowman. We were all a little disappointed. The good news is it got mommy out of work for 2 weeks. I loved every minute that I got to spend with Keegan. Even his not so shining moments.

P.S. The second page is one that Matt did. He wanted to give digital scrapping a shot.

All Aaaaboard!!!

All Aboard the Dallmann Express... We decided that since we are snowed in today it would be a good time to build our train. Daddy did most of the work and Keegan ate most of the candy. I think we will wait a few years before we make this a christmas traditon. It was fun family time.

Snow Much Fun!!!

My Oh My do we have snow. I came downstairs this morning at 6:30 am and the snow was falling and it has not stopped all day. In fact it just gets heavier as the evening goes on. I have lived in Oregon for 11 1/2 years and this is the most snow that I have seen. The weatherman said we should have it all day tomorrow as well. Keeping my fingers crossed for a Monday snow day from work. The schools were closed this whole last week because we actually started seeing snow last Sunday. We were scheduled to go to Mt. Hood tomorrow for the Polar Express train ride. I made the reservations in February because they sell out fast and I wanted to ensure a ride this year. We even bought the movie for Keegan to watch so that he would know what we were doing but they called us today and said that they had cancelled it due to the snow. Darn It.... we have waited all year. So I could either get a refund or reschedule for next year. I decided to reschedule. I have to call back in April to make a new reservation. Ugggh!! How am I suppose to remember that? I guess we will have to wear our favorite jammies and drink hot cocoa and watch the movie tomorrow. We won't get to see Santa and we won't get our souvenier silver bell, but at least we will be safe.
We decided to go out this evening and let Keegan tromple through the snow. He loved it. He didn't want to come in. The snow was pretty deep. We were hoping to build a snowman but the snow is too soft. You can't even make a snowball. Well it looks like we will have a white Christmas this year. Now we are just hoping that Damon, Kristen and Mason can make it home from Chicago in time for the big day. Happy Holidays.
