Dead Tired

Oh....I am so tired this morning. I'm sure Matt can say the same thing. Keegan has decided that he doesn't want to sleep through the night anymore. This week he has woken up at least three times every night. Matt has been great about getting up with Keegan this week on his days off so that I can get a little more sleep before I have to go to work. But enough already. We are tired. I want to say he is waking because he is teething and maybe it has to do with us transitioning him from the bottle to the sippy cup. But I really don't know. Last night Matt just finally took Keegan into the other room and slept with him so that I could get some sleep before work this morning. That was so nice, but I still didn't sleep well. How do we get back to a good nights sleep?

Summer Risotto

Ok... this one is really yummy. I couldn't decide whether to eat it now or save it for a rainy day. Not sure if rice freezes well but I hope so. I made a dish for us with some left over ham and two little dishes for Keegan that we can heat and serve with fresh veggies. This is a must have.

Sweet Treat! Amish Friendship Bread

I am all done with cooking for the day. I'm ending it with the amish friendship bread that just came out of the oven. This is delicious. I just wish it wasn't so late so I could slice up a piece with a scoop of icecream. I guess there is always tomorrow. Well it has been a long day of cooking for me but I feel pretty good about the goal I set for myself. When it is all said and done I put four meals in the freezer & have yummy fresh baked bread. I have more ideas for tomorrow but I'll have to see if I still have the itch to cook. Goodnight.
