Summer Risotto

Ok... this one is really yummy. I couldn't decide whether to eat it now or save it for a rainy day. Not sure if rice freezes well but I hope so. I made a dish for us with some left over ham and two little dishes for Keegan that we can heat and serve with fresh veggies. This is a must have.

Holy cow!!! Did you make all those meals in ONE DAY?? WOWOWOWOW!! You really went all out. They all look great!
