Sweet Treat! Amish Friendship Bread

I am all done with cooking for the day. I'm ending it with the amish friendship bread that just came out of the oven. This is delicious. I just wish it wasn't so late so I could slice up a piece with a scoop of icecream. I guess there is always tomorrow. Well it has been a long day of cooking for me but I feel pretty good about the goal I set for myself. When it is all said and done I put four meals in the freezer & have yummy fresh baked bread. I have more ideas for tomorrow but I'll have to see if I still have the itch to cook. Goodnight.

I have 8 loaves of bread since I didn't give away 2 of my starts! I guess they'll have to go in the freezer or I can give them out :) They are so good I'm sure the boys will want them kept right where they are! YUM!

Haha that is funny. I don't have anyone to give them to either. You can freeze the batter. That is what I did. I just took the batter out and let it set for a day and then added the stuff to bake it. That way we can have it at different times. I have one starter bag in the freezer and will get that going maybe next month. It is really good. I did banana cream this time. It is good but so far my favorite is the vanilla.
